1 . What Are Your Environmental Manufacturing Ethics?

At Latzio we are environmentally-aware and recognise the responsibility we have towards our planet. Sustainability is an important part of who we are, and we believe in responsible operation, from sourcing of materials, to manufacturing processes, to delivery. Before we decide to work with any new designers, we make sure their views on this align with our own.

2 . Do I Pay For Customs For International Purchase?

Yes, there is an additional charge for International deliveries.

We do deliver worldwide so at the point of check-out, the delivery charge will be specified after you select your country and complete the address section. For further assistance please contact a member of our team at customerservices@latzio.com.

3 . How Long Does It Take For My Refund To Be Credited?

Although it is usually faster, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reach your account.  Please review the details of our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery or Cancellations, Returns & Refunds.

4 . Can I Get My Money Back If Not Happy With The Goods?

Yes. Simply email us at customerservices@latzio.com or contact one of our Customer Services team within 14 working days of receipt of your goods for a no-quibble refund or exchange and we will organise a free collection at your earliest convenience. Please retain packaging and repack the item(s) carefully prior to pick-up.

5 . How Confidential And Secure Is My Personal Data?

We do not share or disclose any of your personal data to third parties without your consent, other than for the purposes specified or where there is a legal requirement. Latzio gathers and processes your personal data in accordance with the privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulation and law.

6 . Delivery Of Large Items?

If you have placed an order for a large piece of furniture we will contact you ahead of time to arrange a suitable time/date for you, to allow you to make arrangements for someone to be home to receive this.

7 . Can I Track My Shipment?

Yes, once you have placed your order we will email you your tracking number when your package is on route.
